Since the inception of Profusion Customs, it became evident that a lack of immediate access to products required for exhaust jobs was hindering our ability to serve our customers efficiently; this resulted in lost business and dissatisfied clients. To address this issue, we decided to become stockholders and invest heavily in warehousing and inventory, including procuring 304-grade mufflers through investment in manufacturing factories and expensive tooling.

Our unique approach to business operations, focusing on reinvesting profits into inventory, has proven to be a critical factor in our success, enabling us to become one of the largest suppliers of stainless-steel exhaust parts in the United Kingdom, with a vast array of products readily available in stock, equipped to take on any exhaust job confidently, ensuring timely delivery for our customers.

Our reputation for supplying high-quality parts has resulted in numerous requests from other exhaust companies seeking to purchase our products. To accommodate these requests, we have established a fully-functioning online trade shop to assist companies in upgrading their work. As a result, our parts are in high demand and shipped to nearly every country worldwide, with demand continually increasing.
